6. Intellectual Property

Any processes, systems, documentation, or operational frameworks developed by AS Prime Service LLP remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.


7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement in accordance with the notice period and conditions specified in the signed contract.

Upon termination:

  • Outstanding dues must be cleared.

  • Access to operational systems may be revoked.

  • Confidential information must be returned or destroyed.


8. Force Majeure

AS Prime Service LLP shall not be held responsible for delays or failure in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or unforeseen disruptions.


9. Governing Law
